Our houses

Baza Tlen consists of three fully equipped houses with an area of 50 m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanine. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a fold-out sofa in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people.

Baza Tlen is a place of your year-round recreation. Heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer.

Sauna with a view

On the recreational terrace there is a Finnish sauna for 4 people.
The panoramic window is exposed to the view of the Jelenia Góra valley.
 
We provide comfortable pareos for ladies and kilts for gentlemen.
A comfortable internal vestibule allows for skilful changing.
 
The sauna is also equipped with a system of colored lights, thanks to which you can undergo chromotherapy, also known as color therapy, during the session. It has a beneficial effect on well-being, especially in the autumn and winter.

Rules of the houses

  • The houses of Baza Tlen may not accommodate more people than the number reported at the booking stage and the maximum number of people provided for the house.
  • There is a total ban on smoking in the houses Baza Tlen- in case of breaking it, the Guest is charged the amount of PLN 1,000.
  • Guests of Baza Tlen houses are obliged to follow the lights-out period from 10 pm to 06:00 am as well as occupational safety and health and fire protection rules.
  • We do not charge an additional cleaning fee. Guests are required to leave the house in the same condition as it was at the time of their arrival.
  • The hotel day and night starts at 4:00 pm and ends at 11:00 am.
